Thanks Frankie is a small, passionate business dedicated to making life sweeter for dogs and their humans. All of our treats are lovingly handmade with quality ingredients, and our apparel and toys are chosen with your pup's happiness in mind. We're dog lovers just like you and everything we do is inspired by the joy our furry friends bring us every day.

What are your treats made from?

Our treats are handmade with care using quality, dog-safe ingredients. We avoid artificial preservatives, colours, and nasties just wholesome goodness your pup will love!

Do you offer refunds?

We want you and your pup to be happy with every order! If there's an issue with your order, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to make it right. Please note that due to the handmade and perishable nature of our treats, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns.

How long does postage take?

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times within Australia are typically 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way!
